occasionally been asked to come for
an estimate by people with
unintentional reasons; Such as
asking for advice on colors, faux
finish techniques, etc... Some have
asked for 2, 3 meetings to
collect information, write down
everything... only with intention to
do the works themselves. We understand you have the rights to choose the contractor you'd prefer, but if you intend to take advantage of our free on-site estimate without intention to pick any painting contractor, you are being dishonest to yourself. When you abuse or do wrong to others, you will have bad luck, and be taken advantage of by someone else. Remember, what goes around comes around. |

FOR HOME INSURANCE CLAIMS: We do NOT provide "Free Estimate" for home insurance claim purposes. Most of the times, we were asked to exaggerate the costs to paint and repair damages by water and even including pre-existing damages. This is absolutely illegal by laws; and it violates our business ethics. We offer reasonable fee of $100 for an estimate for insurance claim purposes. For this, we would only give a fair price quote base on our reasonable prices.
