REASONABLE PRICE FOR  BEST QUALITY RESULTS

Serious inquiries only, please!

Which painting contractor should you choose?
  • One who offers the lowest bid?  Low bid doesn't mean it's a better deal.  Often, you get what you pay for.
  • One who offers an over-inflated price; and then, give you a 10% discount, or a cut-a-way $150 coupon? No.
  • Use your instinct to pick one?  Good lucks!
Why should you choose INDOOR PAINTING SERVICES?  Tony does best quality works for a very reasonable price.
Many clients considered our price is "fair" and "reasonable".  Tony and his top-picked painters will handle all works from start to finish --Ensuring you would be happy with our finished works.

Paint Color Selection   For painting, any color you choose from our Kelly Moore's color fan with certain sheen available.   Some clients would prefer to buy their own paint, we can reduce some cost for your paint.  Others would prefer to choose other paint brands, we can work on the price to be fair.

Samples   For custom texturing & faux finishing, we do samples for your approval.

Free color & sheen consultation   We are available to offer our free color and sheen consultation; However, choosing the colors and sheens is the clients' responsibility.  We also paint a few square feet of new color paint on a section of the wall --for your approval-- before we proceed painting.  See our free estimate page.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee   We have high standard for quality works, so that our clients are happy with the works they'd pay for.  By no means we'd cut corners to defame ourselves.  We do it professionally so that you can be proud with your neighbors, friends and relatives.  That is how we'd receive more new projects.
Why Hiring Indoor Painting Contractor Makes Good Sense

We have experience and expertise to handle all painting tasks from A to Z by doing it right --The first time.  We hire only painters with specialized skills, attention to details and quality.  Of course, anyone can paint, but the finish quality can be day and night, it can be beautiful or such a big mess.... And other reasons, such as time and convenience, safety and health.

Learn from someone else's mistakes...

There are only a few good painters... and too many bad ones out there.  These are a few horror stories from clients who ended up giving the project to me, and some other clients just felt regretful that the finished works were not done to their expectation... and wished that they had found IndoorPainting.com

A painter who got ill ?

I came for an estimate. While going to each area to see what needs to be done. Homeowner told me that the painter who was working (removing wallpaper) in the kitchen, nook, powder room and master bathroom... got ill and was hospitalized.  Instantly, I told her: "I don't think he was ill or hospitalized, I think he quits on you", "Because he did not know what he was doing; He did not even know how to remove wallpaper, so he started to cheat by priming over wallpaper.  Homeowner realized what I told her was true after she contact him by phone several times and leave a few messages.

These were what that painter did:

  • Covered the kitchen cabinet with plastic sheet with little tape.
  • Placed small pieces of broken bricks on top of the cabinet to hold the plastic sheet in place (Luckily, those broken bricks didn't fall onto someone!).
  • He removed most electrical cover plates, door knobs even where he need not to.
  • He also removed toilet and powder room's door where he need not to.
  • He removed about 70% of wallpaper in the kitchen; Then applied a primer coat.
  • He removed 30% of wallpaper in the master bathroom; Then applied a primer coat.
  • He did floating the wall surfaces, but it wasn't good for spraying orange-peel texture.
  • He moved all of his tools out; Then called homeowner saying he was sick and hospitalized.
  • He disappeared with $1350 --Half of total finished price.  I suggested the homeowner to sue him in Small Claims Court.

I was rewarded her painting project.  She and her husband were very happy with our works -- Painting, texturing, faux finishing...

    What a big mess!!!

A lady in McKinney posted her painting project on PaintersBid. She received a very low bid from a company.  The previous painted colors were purple, blue, pink, red, green, neon yellow, etc...  Because the price quote was given online, that painting company didn't realize that those painted walls must be primed before painting.  They just painted new colors (without priming those walls)... The results were a big mess. Transparency (old colors seen through new colors), they painted the trims (door trims, bottom trims, crown moldings) without taping --All free hand, so the new paint was on the trims unevenly, paint was on the ceiling, on the floor..... Paint drops everywhere on carpet, hardwood flooring, etc....

The lady call Tony in for an estimate.... But the damage was badly severe. It would cost additionally 2 times the original cost to fix everything --Including painting the trims, ceiling, doors... Which were ok if they didn't mess them up.

Unfortunately, she'd already spent most of her painting budget on the previous painters.  We couldn't help, except feeling sorry for her bad decision awarding her painting project to a company that she thought she got a very good deal.

Her husband ended up doing all of the repairing and painting.  I feel sorry for him.

       3.    It was a Friday evening, 8 pm., Celia called and asked for my urgent recommendations on a painting job which was working on by another painting company.  Even though, that company already got the project, but I was nice to come by to take a look... Not expecting to get anything (works) for this one.  When I came... Seeing a big mess everywhere:  Sprayed paint was where it shouldn't be (Ceilings, moldings, trims... practically everywhere).  Sprayed texture was where it shouldn't be (Door, door frames, trims, moldings...).  Tapes were not properly aligned with edges, etc...

I was asked to take over the project and start working that coming Monday.  I was not the type who would take advantage of people in any situation.  I just gave them a fair and reasonable price for the project.  A few more add-on works were done (Faux finishing, painting new crown moldings...) at reasonable price.

Celia and Ken were so happy with my finished works.  I came back to do additional projects...  Working with Ken to build an outdoor patio screen with door and replaceable screen panels; Re-staining the kitchen cabinets will be worked on in the near future.

Both Celia and Ken are Ph.D.'s.in major corporations. They've no time to deal with lousy contractors.

See Celia & Ken's testimonial about Indoor Painting Service (One with a green background color).

    Hi Tony,

I just wanted to say how very sorry I am that I have not been in touch. I (thanks to Indoor Painting) sold my Condo and moved into a house in Richardson. I wasn’t sure if you came to this area but if you do…I would like for you to paint my office....   I wish I hadn’t used the painters that I did, but that’s behind me now...

Oh Tony I miss you. What on earth was I thinking? Anyway, I want you to ‘fix’ everything. I have all of the paint. We (me & Chuck) like you so much and you are more than just a painter to us.  Anyway, thanks for writing back and being so understanding. Talk to you soon and thanks for such kind words.

    Talk to you soon,

    Sandy

       1.   A painter got a staining project (Kitchen cabinets).  Stained with wrong color and did not really know what he was doing...  Wrong color, stain runs... Sloppy works.  Realized he messed it up badly, he moved his stuffs out and never dare to answer the emails and phone calls from homeowners.  So, I was hired to paint the whole kitchen cabinets.
