do sanding, apply wood conditioner and stain, apply a clear coat.
Odds and Ends
- We do painting the
garage doors, trims; Outdoor decors; Steel gates and
fences...
These services require a painting project large
enough for us to set aside a few hours, each day, to work on.... because
these small projects require only a few hours each day, so we need
additional works --Such as painting a room, or so.
For examples...
- Repairing holes/cracks
on sheetrock walls: Requires an hour each day for 3
days. Day 1, Cover the holes with cut-to-size pieces of
sheetrock. Patch it up with joint
compound; Let it dried for a day. Day 2, sanding the patches;
Setting up the
spraying machine; Mixing and spraying or custom hand texturing...
Let it dried; And finally, day 3, touch up with paint or paint the
whole walls.
- Staining the front door:
Day 1, stripping the old stain. Day 2, sanding and staining.
Day 3, applying a coat of lacquer...
We cannot accept a project that requires only a
couple hours each day, unless we can keep busy working in other
rooms/areas --Doing painting, faux finishing, etc.-- for about 8
hours, total, each day.
